Due to the nature of the games, we do not recommend people with heart conditions, asthma, anxiety disorders, PTSD, lights/sound sensitivity or heavily pregnant women to play the games. Please let a staff member know before entering the room if you have any concerns.

Inside the games there may be dim lighting, crawling, small spaces, low ceilings, physical activities and unexpected noises.

CCTV is used within the rooms for participants personal safety.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Should this purchase be made by a business, please accept this booking confirmation as a VAT Receipt.  VAT at 20% has been included in the prices charged.
